True Source Honey

The True Source Honey certification was created to prevent fraud, where honey companies were adulterating quality products with Chinese honey contaminated with antibiotics, and with purity and prices below basic international market standards.

A scope made exclusively for attesting the true origin of the honey, the True Source Honey certification uses an independent third-party certification to verify compliance of honey with international trade laws.

Pollen analyses are conducted through random collections of honey samples from raw material and finished products. Pollen analyses are made in order to prove the origin of floral sources or the product. The analyses are performed by international laboratories and only after checking the results the certificate is released. In addition to the origin of the pollen, the certification analysis evaluates the color, odor, consistency and electrical conductivity.
