The role of the BB, with the Negotiating Strategy of DRS, through support for productive activities, with the vision of the value chain, identified as vocations or potential in the different regions where the Bank of Brazil is present. The DRS supports the development of activities in rural and urban areas (agribusiness, trade, service and industry). The methodology of performance provides the awareness, mobilization and training of employees of BB and partners, and the development of a comprehensive diagnosis, being addressed the value of productive activities and identified strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on the diagnosis, the Business plan is prepared DRS, which defined the objectives, targets and actions for the implementation of this plan. The methodology provides for the monitoring of the actions set out in the business plans and the evaluation of DRS.
